General Conditions

You may not use our products to conduct any illegal or unauthorized activity that violate laws in your jurisdiction.

You may not reproduce, copy, or resell our product, marketing, images, video and packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse orders you place with us. This could be due to limited inventory, lack of logistics support in your location, fraudulent activity or payment issues raised from our payment gateway providers.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made .

Pricing

We price our products with a lot of thought and rarely change them. In occasions when we need to, we reserve the right to update our product prices and discontinue them based on our own discretion. When we update a products price, this website will clearly reflect the current price of the product. Discontinued products may no longer appear on the website or be marked as Sold Out.

Checkout Process

Once you have finished shopping, all the items you wish to purchase are added to your cart. Your next step will be to go through the checkout process and make the payment. To do this:

Register/login or checkout as guest

Fill-in or check your contact details, the details of your order, the delivery address and the invoicing address

Select payment method and complete order

Complete payment on Razorpay

You can pay using Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking , UPI, Gpay, Paytm

Cards are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

In case you choose Cash on Delivery Option for Payment , additional 8% to 10% (depending upon delivery partner)  of the product cost will be added while checkout.

Delivery & Shipping

We offer free shipping over INR 500 to most locations in India. For orders below INR 500, a nominal shipping charge of INR 90 is added for shipping within India

International Shipping – We offer free shipping over USD 200 for all prepaid orders. For orders less than USD 200 we charge a nominal rate of 2500/- to 3500/- ( 30USD to 43USD approx.). International shipping does not cover custom duties and clearance charges. COD is not available for International Orders

We usually dispatch products that are in stock within two to three business days from the time your order is placed.

The order will be delivered in 5 to 7 days with in india and 15 to 20 days outside india.

If our logistics partner supports it, we will send you an email /message with a link where you can track your order.

Colors

Despite every possible effort to display colours of our products as accurately as possible, computer monitors vary and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of colours will be completely accurate.

Electronic Communications

By using the Site to send emails or other data to communicate with us, You agree and understand that You are using electronic records and consent to receive communications via electronic records from us periodically. Our communication through email or electronic record on our Site which will be deemed as service of notice.

Return & Cancellation

For all orders shipped out, we adhere to an exchange credit policy only (no refund).

In a rare case if you do receive damaged or soiled products, please send us digital photos of the product at info@mirayistyles.com  within 24 hours of receiving it. We’ll assist you and will provide you with the best possible solution with your complaint.

Similarly if you receive an incorrect product, please email us at help info@mirayistyles.com within a period of 24 hours from the date you received the product and we will take care of the rest.

We are unable to exchange or refund used, laundered or customer damaged goods. Items that do not match these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied. Please place the unused, unwashed, resalable clothes with original tags and packaging in a secure and waterproof seal-able bag and send the same to us.

Cancellation is only possible before an order is processed from our end. Once an order has been processed, we will be unable to cancel the order. For cancellation please email at info@mirayistyles.com within 8 hours of placing your order. The refund of order value will transferred back to the mode of payment with which the purchase was made within 2 working days 

Please allow up to 5 working days for credits to be processed once we receive a complaint about missing parcel. We will keep you updated on the status of your missing parcels.

There is no cancellation, exchange or refund possible for any products on sale.

Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless Mirayi Styles, our subsidiaries, employees and suppliers, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.

Arbitration

If any dispute arises between you and the Company during your use of the Site or thereafter, in connection with the validity, interpretation, implementation or alleged breach of any provision of this Agreement, and the Privacy Policy or the documents they incorporate by reference, the dispute shall be referred to a sole Arbitrator who shall be an independent and neutral third party identified by the Company. The place of arbitration shall be New Delhi. The Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, shall govern the arbitration proceedings. The arbitration proceedings shall be in the English language.

Governing Law-These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India
